Packages cannot be opened or inspected before accepting the delivery and completing payment.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.

For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Zeena will cover the replacement/return shipping cost.
